Handled copies your Todoist projects and open tasks in. It is a one-way copy — nothing is changed or removed in Todoist, so you can try it without committing.

Connect

1In Todoist, open Settings → Integrations → Developer and copy your API token.
2In Handled, open Settings → Connections → Tasks → Todoist and paste it.

Every import starts as a dry run that writes nothing. You see exactly what would come across and how each item is classified — new, duplicate, or updated — and only then confirm. If you change your mind, nothing has happened yet.

Running the import again is safe. Items keep a stable identity tied to their Todoist id, so a second run updates what changed instead of creating a second copy.
