Connect Fathom, Fireflies, or Granola

Let the meeting tool you already use send its notes and action items into Handled.

If a tool already sits in your meetings, Handled can pull what it produced instead of asking you to record twice. Each finished meeting arrives as a note, and the action items arrive as proposals you approve.

Get your API key

Fathom — Settings → API Access, then generate a key. Available on all plans.
Fireflies — Settings → Developer settings, then copy your key. Available on all plans.
Granola — Settings → API access. This one needs a Granola Business plan; the key is rejected without it.

Connect it

1Open Settings → Connections → Meetings.
2Pick the tool and paste the key.
3Handled makes one test call to that provider before saving, so an invalid key or a plan that lacks API access fails right away with a reason.

The key is stored on Handled's server and never comes back to the app. Connect once and every device you sign in on shows the tool as connected.

How far back it goes

Only meetings from the last seven days propose tasks and follow-ups. Older meetings still come in, and stay searchable as notes — they just do not open a pile of stale proposals on your first sync. Fireflies history is backfilled a page at a time across several syncs, so a long archive fills in gradually rather than in one go.

Syncing runs on its own and on app launch, and Sync now in Connections forces it. Re-syncing never duplicates: every imported meeting keeps a stable identity, so the same meeting updates in place.
