Handled works with no account. Signing in adds backup and multi-device sync.

You can install Handled and use it fully without creating an account. Everything works offline, on device.

Back your data up, so a lost device is not a lost day
Keep the same tasks, notes, and calendars on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Watch

How sync behaves

Once signed in, changes sync across every device where you are signed in. Work made offline queues up and syncs automatically when you reconnect — you do not have to do anything.

If a device looks out of date

1Check that the device is online.
2Confirm you are signed in to the same account on both devices.
3Open the app and give it a moment to catch up in the foreground.

Deleting the app from a device does not delete synced data from your other devices.
