Import Google Meet transcripts

Google Meet does not hand transcripts to other apps directly — it saves each one as a Google Doc in your Drive. Handled reads them from there, so there is no separate Meet connection to set up.

What you need

• A connected Google account — the same one from Connect your calendars
• Read-only access to your Drive, which Handled asks for alongside calendar access

If you connected Google before Meet import existed, that permission is missing. Reconnect Google once and approve it — that is the whole fix.

Import

1. 1Open Settings → Connections → Meetings.
2. 2Find Google Meet and choose Import.
3. 3Transcripts come in as meeting notes, the same shape as any other meeting tool.
