Turn messages into tasks

Capture from Slack, WhatsApp, and Gmail without retyping anything.

Most work does not arrive as a task. It arrives as a message that implies one. Handled lets you promote that message to a task without retyping it.

From WhatsApp

Link your number once and you can text Handled a task in plain language — "remind me to call Akhil tomorrow at 4pm" — and it lands with the right due date. You can also start a list, ask what is open, and undo a mistake. See Capture tasks over WhatsApp.

From anywhere else on Apple devices

Use the Share sheet from any app that can share text or a link
Use the quick-add hotkey on Mac and paste
Highlight text and share the selection rather than the whole page

Slack and Gmail capture are not built yet — both appear in Settings → Connections marked Coming soon. Until they ship, the Share sheet is the way to get a message from either into Handled.
