Meetings, transcripts, and action items
Turn a meeting into notes, decisions, and tasks with owners.
A meeting produces two useful things: what was decided, and who does what next. Handled captures both instead of leaving them in a recording nobody rewatches.
Getting a meeting in
- Connect Fathom, Fireflies, or Granola in Settings → Connections and let their notes flow in
- Import Google Meet transcripts from your Drive
- Or record the meeting in Handled directly on your device
Zoom and Microsoft Teams are not connected yet — both show as Coming soon in Connections.
What you get back
- A note holding the transcript and a summary of what happened
- The decisions, pulled out so they are not buried mid-transcript
- Action items filed as real tasks with dates — not a bulleted list you have to re-enter
Before you record
Recording and transcribing other people has legal and social consequences that vary by country and company. Tell participants, and follow the rules that apply where you are.
Transcription runs on your device wherever the platform allows. Anything that must be processed in the cloud is used to produce your transcript and nothing else — see Privacy.
