Your day on one screen
How the Today screen puts meetings, tasks, and free time in one timeline.
Today is where Handled opens. It answers one question — what does the rest of this day actually look like — without making you check three apps to find out.
What you see
- A short summary of the day: how many meetings, how many tasks left, when the next thing starts
- Your events for the day, in order, from every calendar you have connected
- Your tasks for the day, with times where you have set them
- An add button for capturing something new without leaving the screen
Moving around
The tabs at the bottom (or the sidebar on Mac) switch between Today, Tasks, Notes, and Calendar. Today is the daily driver; the others are where you go to plan, search, and organize.
Overdue tasks keep showing up on Today until they are done or rescheduled — that is deliberate. Nothing quietly disappears.
