Every integration, and how to connect one
The full list of tools Handled works with, and the one place you connect them.
Handled sits on top of the tools your day already runs through. Everything is connected from one place: Settings → Connections.
Connect a tool
Connections has three tabs — Calendars, Meetings, and Tasks — and each tool sits in the one it belongs to.
- 1Open Settings → Connections and pick the tab, then the tool.
- 2Most tools connect with an API key you copy from that tool's own settings; each row tells you exactly where to find it. Calendars connect by signing in instead.
- 3Paste the key. Handled checks it against the provider before saving, so a bad key fails immediately rather than silently.
- 4Where the tool imports existing content, review the preview and confirm what comes across.
API keys are stored on Handled's server, never on your device and never returned to the app after you paste them. Connecting on one device shows as connected on all of them.
What connects today
- Calendars — Google Calendar, plus every calendar already on your device (iCloud, Google, Exchange). See Connect your calendars.
- Meeting tools — Fathom, Fireflies, and Granola, and Google Meet transcripts from your Drive.
- Tasks and notes — Todoist and Notion.
- Messaging — WhatsApp capture.
- AI assistants — Claude, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients.
On the way
These appear in Connections marked Coming soon. They are visible so you can see where Handled is heading, but there is nothing to connect yet.
- Outlook Calendar
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Apple Notes and Apple Reminders
- Gmail, Outlook, and Slack
If the tool you need is on neither list, tell us at support@myhandled.app — that is genuinely how the order gets decided.
